Built in 1927 as the Savannah Oglethorpe Hotel, for many years people traveled to our beautiful locale on the water. They came to be refreshed by our natural low-country environment and panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

The old grand hotel building was renovated, preserving it for future generations while creating luxury condominiums with unmatched views and appointments.

With new construction beginning in April 2007, we are now offering preconstruction pricing.
